Drug interactions: It is usually best to take vitamins away from important or critical medications. Depending on the vitamin, it may contain agents that will bind the drug you are taking that is very improtant. I would doubt any serious adverse effect of a multiple vitamin with zoloft (sertraline) but would recommend taking the vitamin with a meal and away from your scheduled zoloft (sertraline). Same with many other medications.
