Yes . . . but: You don't mention any other symptoms or how old you are, but my concern is not whether an otc will help but rather why are you still coughing so persistently for 3 weeks? This has gone on longer than a typical virus. Your best next step is to discuss this with your doctor to see if further evaluation is in order.
