Sinus?: Could be a sinus infection, strep throat, or viral infection. See a doctor and they should be able to figure out what is going on. Good luck!

Viral syndrome..: Sounds like you may be suffering of a virus especially if it has been happening for a few days. If it lasts more than 7 days., get very sick and cannot tolerate anything by mouth you should get seen. If symptoms not severe rest as much as you can and drink plenty of fluids.
