Yes: You are descring the typical discomforts or symptoms from gallstones which is upper abdominal pressure and discomfort with nausea. Usually occurs a few hours after eating & worse after eating fatty foods. Other conditions such as gastritis or reflux can also cause similar ill feelings too.
