Consult a ped neurol: You need to consult a pediatric neurologist to find out what her diagnosis is, and get her treated asap.She will need meds like Keppra (levetiracetam) for the seizures and will need some tests like eeg, blood test, urine test, MRI or cat scan etc.

Pediatric neurologis: See a pediatric neurologist. Your child should have a detailed evaluation including chromosomal evaluation with micro array. There are many anti seizure medications available so if the seizures are not controlled, ask to have her re evaluated.
