I took 2000mg of amoxicillin for 7 days for my sinus and it did not work. should i consider ketek?

Ketec?: I'm not sure what ketec is? The Amoxicillin was the appropriate first line medication. If it was not effective, another antibiotic may be in order. The choices would be Azithromycin (z-pack), a cephalosporin or maybe a tetracycline family of antibiotic.
