Complications of C/S: You are going through the complications of c section. C/s, may sometimes cause injury to the nearby structures, as in your case u had small intestinal and tubal repair. Risk of heavy bleeding is significantly higher.There is increased risk of blood clot formation post c/s. This explains your heavy bleeding with clots. Emergent contact with your obgyn and going to the er is extremely important.
