Irregular cycle: this is certainly a heavy bleed and may be related to multiple issues: a large progesterone mid cycle surge, female hormone or thyroid hormone abnormalities, breakthrough bleeding and if having unprotected sexual intercourse, a spontaneous abortion. Please monitor your monthly cycles and consult your GYN.
