May have anal fissur: You may have an anal fissure or perhaps irritated hemorrhoids. A simple exam by your primary care health provider can determine either of these conditions by visual examination usually.

Fissure: There are a whole host of things which can cause rectal pain with bowel movements, most are benign, including anal fissures, abscesses, fistula's, hemorrhoids, etc occasional worrisome things such as an anal cancer...Only an exam can determine exact cause. If persist see a colon and rectal surgeon.
