I feel a very slight soreness when i press on my lower intestines...bowel movement seems good and i feel fine, no other symptoms except feeling extra gassy, is this dangerous? what can i do at home to remedy this?

Gas: To reduce intestinal gas formation, in addition to reducing ingestion of gassy foods and beverages, try taking simethicone 1/2 hour after eating a meal. To break down existing gas in the intestinal tract and help pass it down into the rectum, drink hot(not boiling) water. Apply heat to the abdomen if very uncomfortable. I agree that your symptoms aren't worrisome.
