What is the lowest permissible spo2 level in cases of ards?. my mom was maintaining 88% it fell to 71%

90%: 90% is the lowest acceptable spo2. 88% is obviously marginal. 71% is unacceptable. I'm sure her doctors are doing all they can to raise her oxygen saturation. ARDS is a terrible disease and obviously very serious. I hope she recovers. Good luck.
