Not likely.: This does not fit the typical presentation of a brain tumor. That would be headache, vision change, or even more likely, a gait disturbance. It still might be one, but highly unlikely. More likely, is something like a nerve compression, or seizure, or some other illness. You really should see a neurologist for a full work-up urgently as this can still be serious and result in permanent damage.
