Need Evaluation: In general dub and pcos should not cause severe abdominal pain. You may need to see a specialist so they can figure out a diagnosis. But with those 2 problems there is no reason you can't have sex.

Yes : Pcos is not a reason to abstain from intercourse. Some women find sex a bit more uncomfortable, but most do not. You should see you doctor for the severe abdominal pain.
