: Many conditions could cause such a problem. Ovarian cyst, endometriosis, or previous damage from almost any infection or inflammation inside he lower abdomen could do this. Impossible to say more without much more detailed information, pelvic exam, and perhaps imaging (e.g. ultrasound, CT scan, etc). See your doctor. Good luck.
