Unclear: I'm very sorry, i don't quite understand the question you asked. If you had a cardiac work up which was non-contributory; it would seem as though the problem isn't with your heart and is musculo-skelatal in nature. Of course, it isn't really possible for us here at healthtap to be able to make a precise diagnosis without the benefit of a more complete history and examination. Sorry.
