A few things: I assume there are no medical issues that she had and that she does not have a history of vertigo. She may be dehydrated. Drink lots of fluids like shakes and gatorade to rehydrate. I also assume there is no bleeding from the extraction sites. If the vertigo continues contact the dentist that removed the teeth. Good luck.

Call surgeon: Please follow up with the dental surgeon who performed the procedure. They should have a 24 hour phone contact. Vertigo can be caused by many things including loss of blood, low blood pressure, dehydration, and more...
