Please don't!: The best home remedy for blepharitis is to use a hot washcloth, just like grandma said to. Soak it with hot water and baby shampoo. Scrub, repeat, rinse. Do this twice a day in the beginning then nightly. Vinegar is acidic and could cause a chemical keratitis or conjunctivitis.
