No!: Very risky and dangerous to cause a chemical burn to the eyes or corneas. Can result in permanent vision loss. Strongly advised to avoid such things! see your ophthalmologist for better options.

Please don't!: The best home remedy for blepharitis is to use a hot washcloth, just like grandma said to. Soak it with hot water and baby shampoo. Scrub, repeat, rinse. Do this twice a day in the beginning then nightly. Vinegar is acidic and could cause a chemical keratitis or conjunctivitis.
