Go to doctors: It's important that you get a proper diagnosis as a cold and sinus diagnoses and treatments can be different. The itching can be symptoms and if it is sinusitis then getting an antibiotic should relive the itching.

See your doctor: This may be an allergic reaction to a food or medication you recently took. I would rule this out prior to adding another medication.... I do recommend seeing your doctor.
