Anoxic brain injury?: If he had a notable time of decreased oxygen flow to the brain, he may have suffered brain injury from anoxia. Sometimes this can affect the regions of the brain involved in impulse control or personality aspects.

Needs evaluation: If indeed the seizure caused hypoxia, there may have been some underlying brain injury, and this needs to be addressed and treated, as a change in personality could be due to such a cause. Perhaps anti-seizure medicine is playing a role. See your neurologist and get this controlled asap.
