Need more info : Based on question it sounds like you noted that your son has very shallow breathing and limp but not clear if he is responsive or not or if any unusual movements noted. Whether or not there is known barbituate exposure if there is any question about responsiveness or mental status he needs to be evaluated by a medical provider now.
