Simple measures...: Those experiencing seizures will not have any trouble breathing. The dangers come if there is vomiting and the vomit is aspirated into the lung. So simply protect the head, turn the victim on their side, and if there is vomting, make sure the contents get out of the mouth. Mod not stick a tongue depressor or other object in their mouth. Protect the body from physical injury and turn head to side.

well....: If you are referring to a generalized convulsive seizure, because the seizure includes the breathing muscles, there's nothing you can actually do to change respirations for the patient. Once a convulsive seizure is over, however, turning the person on to their side and making sure their airway is open is good.
