Depends on cause: Jaundice and increased SGOT are signs and symptoms of an underlying disease. The return to normal is dictated by that disease not the height of the numbers. Talk to your doctor.

Depends: There are numerous reasons as to why you might have suffered from jaundice. The cause of your jaundice and how it was subsequently treated will best determine the rate at which you could expect normalization of your numbers. Sometimes even with all that information it is just a "wait and see" situation to see how well your body recovers.
