Unrelated: Iritis is a sterile inflammation of the inside of the eye, usually in the front. It causes light sensitivity, pain, redness and diminished vision. Treatment is usually by topical drops with little systemic absorption so you can continue breast feeding. There is no relationship between these two.

Iritis: Sometimes iritis is associated with trauma to the eye. If this is an isolated incident, then no work-up is usually required. However, if this is recurrent in that one eye or bilateral (ie both eyes) iritis, then you should be worked up by your ophthalmologist. I am not aware of any connection between breast feeding and iritis.
