Frequently: Lotemax (loteprednol) is the brand name of a steroid (anti-inflammatory) eyedrop. Lotemax (loteprednol) will not substitute for eyeglasses or for structural problems lowering the vision. Discuss this with the ophthalmologist who prescribed you the lotemax (loteprednol).
