Should i get a ganglion cyst removed from my forehead?

Possibly: A ganglion cyst will form on a tendon, i'm not aware of the forehead being a location for that. For that reason it should be evaluated and possibly removed. Could it be a sebaceous cyst?

Ganglion cyst: A ganglion cyst only arises from a joint. You don't have a joint on your forehead. If you have a mass there, i recommend you see a plastic surgeon to have it removed. Good luck!

Depends: Ganglion cysts do not occurr on ones forehead. This is likely an epidermal inclusion cyst. They can get infected and therefore if it bothers you get it removed.

Yes: Betting it is actually an epidermis inclusion cyst. Having it off will let people know you take good care of yourself. Leaving it will make people say, What else are you neglecting? It is not fair, but appearance counts.
