Less trazodone: Trazodone is often oversedatng with morning grogginess. I would suggest taking only 1/2 pill of trazodone or even stopping it entirely and see if you can sleep without it. Lexapro (escitalopram) is for depression and the trazodone is only for sleep at night. You should always consult your prescribing doctor before making any changes in your medications.

Talk to the M.D.: Certianly it would be inappropriate to offer advice about an individuals meds based on an internet question. The reasons for fatigue can be medical, cardiac, thyroid, sleep apnea, anemia all sotrs of things, and shoudl be ruled out. Trazadone can cause sedation so - perhaps behavioral or psychological techniques can be used to reduce meds & side effects.
