Allergic reaction: It could be anything. Rash, contact dermatitis, allergy, try's some otc steroid cream.

Allergic reaction?: Based on the info that you gave, you may be developing an allergic reaction. Did you recently eat a new type of food, used a new type of make up, fragrance, facial cream or a facial cleanser? If symptoms worsen or you start wheezing go straight to the er.
