HIV: Highly unlikely that you would have acquired HIV disease from someone giving you oral sex, but if you reciprocated this is a very good way to become infected if they ejaculated in your mouth. If you have had any other contacts that make you worried about HIV disease, please go and get tested. You may also have gotten other stds besides hiv.
