See your FP first: Your pcp can do a prostate exam, have you pee in a cup, and diagnose whether this is or is not prostatitis. If it is prostatitis, you may need a month of antibiotics and a recheck visit or even a repeat course of antibiotics. If you have continued trouble, then you may need the specialty care of a urologist.
