Time: Give your body a few weeks to menstruate. If it doesn't happen your doctor can help you. Be patient.

Probably ok: Generally, if a upt is neg that far after the period was due, not pregnant. There can be multiple reasons for missing a period and it's never a bad idea to recheck but store bought upt's are quite effective. Good luck, make sure your reading the test correctly.
