I wouldn't: Your babies placenta does a good job of filtering out some of the bad & only accepting the good stuff. As long as you didn't end up in the hospital with smoke inhalation on oxygen yourself, the exposure is unlikely to have an impact on baby. If you are still concerned , discuss your specific situation with the ob.

Likely no issue: Avoid smoke and fumes as much as possible. Open windows and use fans for a short time. Make sure nothing is still smoking. Carbon monoxide from car exhaust would be a problem, much more so than wood smoke. So no worries.
