Hi doc this question related to disulfiram. So assume If I drank 3 glasses of alcohol without disulfiram in my system and then spike up my 4th glass with disulfiram(250mg) and drink along with the alcohol would it still cause reactions?

Hello doc, I doubt whether someone in my family laced antabuse or disulfirum into my beer two nights back! last year something like that happened and it gave me ocd and im worried again too! I drank 36 hours after too but did not get any reactions?
