See a burn doctor: A burn that remains unhealed for more than 3 weeks probably needs a skin graft--and at least needs to be seen by a doctor. What you are seeing is probably granulation tissue--the body's attempt to heal the area--but at 4 months it needs a little assistance.

Need special rx: I use dermafill (xylium cellulose) dressing - your doctor can order this for you. Orally take methionine 500mg twice daily. If you have difficulty getting the above dressing have your doctor prescribe you Dilantin as infitab (50mg) crush this and apply this powder with zinc cream to your wound daily - wound will heal faster.
