Somebody's lying: Open sores are never normal - even after a cold (wrong neighborhood). Herpes hurts! on the other hand, 25% of people have herpes but 90% don't know it. If your virgin friend performed oral sex on you, you have a 2/3 chance that it's herpes i (not so bad) and a 1/3 chance that it's herpes ii (worse!). Herpes may lay latent and come out months later during times of stress (injury, deadlines, family).
