Lymph node(s): An infection of a tooth or gums, is an inflammatory process. The fluid build up associated with infection is normally drained by the lymphatic system. There are many nodes in your neck, and it it probably swollen as it does the job of absorbing inflammatory fluids. Check with dmd/dds.
