Focus&concentration: For different reasons both have poor focus and concentration, the frontal lobe does not show much activity in each. In hypersomnia poor activity is due to general overall lethargy and in adhd poor focus and concentration is more of a specific and directly measured by pet scan frontal lobe inactivity, most likely due to an inherited genetic predisposition.
