I'm an addict foremost. is there anything for pain in between nsaids and narcotics? tordol works but why can it only be used sparingly?

Stomach: Toradol is just a strong nsaid; try tylenol (acetaminophen) with aleve, they work by differing mechanisms. If you have chronic pain problems you may benefit from a low dose of suboxone. Pain issues can be pert of a spectrum of mood problems and may be linked to addiction and mood. Also the snri class of antidepressant is good for pain. Cymbalta at 30 mg is not addictive and indicated for arthritis. Good luck.

See below: Don't forget anti-epileptic drugs like Gabapentin Pregabalin and others. Remember that tramadol may not be a narcotic but it is an opioid and will cause you a problem.
