Normocytic Anemia!: We also call that type of anemia, "anemia of chronic disease, " because it can come froma variety of causes. It can come from kidney disease, nutritional deficiencies such as vitamin b2, and b6 deficiencies, following a post pregnancy hemmorage, or naturally as we get older. Hope this helps!

Anemia: Microcytic anemia (low mcv) with a high RDW (cells very a lot in size) is most likely associated with anemia from loss of red blood cells. The increased RDW is likely from reticulocytes or new rbc that the body is producing. A full of valuation for this should be done.

Variety of things.: This is not enough info to be sure, but looks like you have a mild iron deficiency anemia. This is understandable in a menstruating female. Could also be a more complex anemia with underlying thalassemia. Would need to see iron and ferritin and old blood counts to be sure.
