Low-ish, why?: Assuming you are otherwise healthy, the numbers you provided suggest you are a little anemic. Sometimes this is influenced by diet (=bad), and can be improved with more protein and dark leafy greens (sorry, but clean your plate!), more effectively than a vitamin. Would talk to your dr who can help decide if it is "normal for you, " or indicating something needing further investigation.

Yes I am concerned: For a male, this hemoglobin level is abnormally low...It should be between 14-16gms. If you hahve not yet consulted/investigated the cause of your anemia it is high time that you go see your pcp and get a thorough evaluation as it could be something serious as the cause.
