Diarrhea: You need to see a gastroenterologist and get an evaluation to see if you have a condition that causes malabsorption of certain food types.

Meckels scan: Unusual set of symptoms. If you are under care of doc, ask about a meckel's scan. A meckel's diverticulum with gastric acid secreting component could explain your intermittent burning diarrhea. There are other possibilities, so stay with your doc.
