3 easy, 2 hard: 1) wipe front-to-back only, 2) avoid taking bubble baths (clear-water baths only, then shower/soap/shampoo after), and 3) if you are sexually active, make absolutely sure you urinate immediately after sex. There could be some anatomic abnormality that needs to be corrected and would need x-rays and surgery. Some women have to take a preventive antibiotic every time after sex.
