No, but can maintain: Soy milk contains protein and calcium as well as sugars. Often soy milk is also vitamin d fortified. The calcium and vitamin d can be important for building and/or maintaining bone mass. However, soy milk can not make the bones larger than what they would be otherwise, only stronger.
