Many varieties: There are many styles of yoga. All should help you relax to some degree but some will help more than others. I would look for forms that emphasize meditation & breathing techniques. Progressive relaxation (tensing & then relaxing various regions) is another useful yoga technique. You may want to sample a few different teachers & techniques to see which you like best- many offer a free 1st class.
