Inject & lots of PT: Calcification in the rotator cuff can b the cause of it all. Injection and washing out the calcium or surgical excision may help. If done surgically a manipulation / exam can also b done with a intra articular injection helps. Nothing after that but pt pt pt. Can take 1-2 years. Beware the other side!
