What are home remedies to treat thrush?

Baking soda: Is my favorite. Mix 1 teaspoon baking soda in one cup water and swab the mouth with the solution on a gauze 5 x a day. Gentian violet is a very old and effective remedy and it works. T also stains everything in its path purple permanently. It will come off skin with time like a permanent sharpie marker does.
