Bottom eyelash is growing upwards! what can i do to reverse this?

Remove it.: First, i would merely pull out the offending eyelash with a tweezers. If it recurs, your eye doctor can use cautery (heat), cryo (cold) or radio waves to destroy the lash follicle so that it will not grow back.

Eyelash growth: If it is a single eyelash, it can be removed with forceps or electrolysis. If it is numerous lashes, lid surgery may be needed.
