What would make my eyelashes grow more?

Very little: If you have no disorders causing the loss of lashes such as thyroid disease, or alopecia, then what you have is what you will get. No supplements or dietary modification is known to change eyelash growth. There is a medication, latisse" which can accomplish this. You can suggest this to your ophthalmologist.

LATISSE (bimatoprost): Latisse (bimatoprost) would very likely do it but you would need a prescription from a doctor.
