Contact your surgeon: Whenever you are about to undergo surgery, you should always talk to your surgeon about what should be done prior and after your procedure. They will advise you what medications should or shouldn't be taken.

Simple: Dont eat or drink anything after midnight. Show up on time for your surgery. Write down any questions you have for your surgeon (its not too late to ask even just before the surgery). After surgery, stay away from nsaids unless your surgeon says its ok. Dont pick at the crusting on your nose. You can clean with a qtip and soaked in hydrogen peroxide.
