Swollen Eye Lid: Warm compress, lid scrubs, possibly topical or even oral antibiotics. Most importantly, it is important to find out the reason or etiology of this lid swelling. A thorough and complete ophthalmologic exam is warranted asap.If there is any discharge an eye culture would be reccomended .A history of any concomitant infection is important to know. Recent cold or uri. Do not ignore this. See dr asap!
