My neurologist ruled out ms just by checkin reflexes, walking, etc. and a brain scan done 3 yrs ago. im still worried. should i take his word for it?

Yes: He is a neurologist, and would notice if there were problems with your reflexes. Also he would notice changes on MRI scan. It is okay to be worried, but reassurance that all is normal is a good thing.

Advice: Your exam does not completely guarantee absence of future MS, but should be reassuring if normal. But you seem worried about an occult neurological problem. Might propose you seek a second opinion, and if again, not supportive of MS, hopefully will calm your fears.
